Budget Car Rental

I’ve come here 5 times now and EVERYTIME has been smooth, fast, and professional. I’ve been renting cars in several states and countries, this place is the best. Only drawback is there hours. They close at 5pm so if you want to drop off at 8pm, it won’t be processed until 8am when the team gets in.

I was given an SUV from bwi, and it's coolant was low. The car gave me warnings, and there was a smell coming from the ventilation system. I called the budget, and they said to take it to the nearest location for an easy exchange. I arrived at this location looking for an exchange and was greeted with a discriminatory attitude from the older woman working here. She immediately dismissed me without hearing my concerns. There was a younger girl that attempted to clean up the situation and claimed that their inventory was low. I'll upload pictures for you all to decide if that was true or not. Either way, I was told to continue driving the dangerous vehicle to the next location with no guarantee of an exchange. Please don't go to this location. I had to call 2 other locations and budget nati

I never have a bad experience coming here. Customer service is amazing and it is very convenient coming here due to closeness of my home. Brooke especially is very warm and caring to her customers! I only come here for my rentals when I can.

Staff was accommodating. The car we got wasn't very clean and there were greasy fingerprints on the steering wheel and radio screen. Had to add a jug of washer fluid cause it ran out the first day. We did the rental through Costco which gave us a second driver for free. When we turned the car in they tried to sneak in a "charge" they claimed was the second driver. Then when I called them on it he blamed the person who gave me the rental on the pick up. Which is really funny considering the original receipt and contract we had from the pickup is exactly how I spotted the difference. They didn't screw me, but it appeared like they tried.

Horrible experience. Reserved an SUV - Got 12 passenger van ...... Not clean either. Reserved through FASTBREAK.... got a slow line instead. All around lousy experience!
