Budget Car Rental

DO NOT rent from them. We got a car with bald tires. They want to make us pay for the new tires they had to put on. The roadside customer service Cleary said it was there fault so we would not have to pay for it. Come a week later they want to charge us for there problem. UPDATE Tony in the office was a help giving me the information that I needed to contact corporate. He also was very understanding saying we should not be the one paying for the tires cause it was there fault for renting the car to us.

I used Budget for years, but now I wont go back. The girls at the counter were very snooty. You have to use a credit card no debit card. You have to have at least a 650 credit score. Why try to make things so hard? It's ridiculous that they expect someone renting a car to meet all this criteria. I mean come on to rent a 2024 or 2025 Toyota or Ford? Unnecessary. It's not a Lamborghini or Bentley!!

Booked online through budget. Got to airport to pick up. They had no cars. The front desk agent refused to tell me her last name. I was treated as if I had done something wrong. I called to confirm they had the vehicle before I booked. They told me they had 3 in stock. What a joke.

Would not recommend! Took over an hour to pickup and then was told they don’t have the van. Upgrade to a filthy car that needed oil and washer fluid was told to purchase oil and they will refund me at 11pm at night! They also got my name wrong and drop off date so my bill was over double that I reserved it for. Still waiting on a refund and it’s been over 2 weeks! Should have let the engine blow! Go elsewhere their customer service is ridiculous!

Great location and prompt friendly customer service. We secured a last minute rental through Expedia. Car was clean and ready upon arrival. Drop off was prompt and courteous.
