Budget Car Rental

Smaller operations but easy to work with. They did not have the type of vehicle that I reserved, but called me first-thing in the morning and offered a free upgrade. Everything went smooth from there. I would rent from them again.

Horrible. Did not get my deposit back due to tolls which I was warned about ahead of time by Budget. So I registered the license plate ahead of time and pre deposited money to avoid the Budget fees and still got charged fees on top of my deposit which I never received back. When I tried calling the in city location they promptly hung up the phone multiple times before I could even say a word. Do your self a favor and use Enterprise.

Do not rent here. I had a confirmed reservation fully booked and they called me less than 12 hours before I was due to pick it up to tell me they could not honor it as they were sold out and then confirmation codes did not guarantee reservation. Clearly not a well run location with terrible planning. Long time Fastbreak customer and all.....do not rent in Lincoln from Budget EVER!

They were affordable and I appreciated the call the day before to remind me what important papers I may need to bring in. I had to come and pick it up early and they were very accomodating. The process went smoothly and they were very friendly. I will go through them again for my next trip!

We had a long road trip planned to WY and while we could take one of our own cars, I thought it would be fun to take something a little more exciting. I reserved a Charger for us a few weeks in advance. I got a call from Bonnie a day or so before our reservation letting us know that with the Husker's football game and ESPN Game Day in town, things were tight but she'd make sure we at least had a car. I let her know and the situation--that I wanted a fun car or we'd pass--and she said she'd see what she could do and would let us know by 1 PM the next day. The next day came and promptly at 1 PM she called us back and let us know that she was able to get us a Charger RT Scatpack! When we picked the car up, she was extremely friendly and we enjoyed our rental experience.
