Budget Car Rental

After a horrible experience at Enterprise Budget saved the day! I was in a 4 cylinder front wheel drive car from Enterprise, I'm in NW Indiana so you know that is not going to work. I called Budget, told him what I needed and they did not disappoint!! Not only all wheel drive but fully loaded! Not what I expected! Thank you Budget for getting me back to work safely this week!!

My friends and I rented a car online and were given the option of pickup at 6 pm, which we set up. When we arrived, the lady refused to rent us a car, stating they closed at 6 and we should have got there “way before 6” leaving us with no option for our trip to Florida. She refused to help in any capacity, other than to come back at 8am which is absolutely not an option. Absolutely horrible customer service. Why offer a pickup time of 6pm if you’re going to close the door in peoples faces when they come to pick up?

Terrible experience. My card was charged and they did not have any cars to rent, instead of accommodating the situation and offering help the customer service rep over the phone was extremely RUDE and NONCHALANT. I will NEVER give this place my business again! 0/10. Shout out to Scott and Douglas at the Orland Park location for their help! If you need a car please visit them 10/10

Made a reservation online it showed that the vehicle along with multiple others were available. Reservation went through great. I get a call shortly after from someone working this location and was told they no longer have any vehicle and I need to go to the airport even though it shows they have multiple and my reservation went through.

Was complaining to my husband about how we had to pay and that they could check our credit. The woman there didn't like that.So she canceled our reservation and wouldn't rent to us.I was not being rude, loud or swearing or even talking to her.She never should have been able to do this caused us an issue.We had to drive an hour and a half to get a different car, and her and the other employees were at the shop.Door laughing at us while we were looking for another car.I will tell everyone not to go to that place. She needs fired.
