Budget Car Rental

This Budget location is, without exaggeration, one of the most chaotic, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful operations I’ve ever dealt with. I had a confirmed reservation, did the early online check‑in, and arrived exactly on time. I was literally the only customer there, yet they told me to “sign in and wait” like they were running a packed airport counter. That alone set the tone. After a ridiculous wait, they finally called me up and insisted I sign everything before seeing the vehicle. Against my better judgment, I signed — and that was the beginning of the disaster. I reserved a full‑size car. They handed me a smoke‑saturated compact matchbox on wheels and expected me to smile and take it. When I pointed out that the reservation guaranteed a full‑size, they basically shrugge

I reserved a rental at this location on last Saturday for a week. My total bill was $197 with my discount code from my employer. Upon arriving the manager said I needed my job identification because it was a corporate discount. She stated she couldn't give it to me for that price but for almost $500. I left this location and visited another location and the agent honored my code and stated it was a normal code and identification was not required. I later found out she only said that because they only had SUVS and I requested a compact car and she didnt want to honor that price. Right before I got there BUDGET texts and said I could upgrade to a SUV for free because of availability.

I’ve been going there for over five years, and they never disappoint. The staff is always super kind and helpful, and the cars are spotless every single time. A couple of times they’ve even gone the extra mile to make sure I had the perfect vehicle for my family. If you ever need a rental, I can’t recommend them enough! 🚗✨

I originally reserved and Pre-paid for a car at a different location but the night before I was suppose to pick it up I was told that no cars were available. I had to get my reservation transferred through corporate myself. Luckily this location was available. Because I was told the airport wasn't an option because I Pre-paid with my debit card. This location went above and beyond and gave me exactly what I reserved for. They didn't charge me extra like corporate was trying to with check in and check out being completely seamless.

These people are crooks. I returned the car full and still charged my card for gas. I had to call Budget Corporation to get a refund. ALSO, I was not informed of the option to add my toll tag to the rental. I was charged 3x's the amount plus a 6.95 daily rate!! All because I was not informed. Don't get caught up like I did. Uggggg.... trash!
