Budget Car Rental

Leave their dirty rough looking low budget rentals in our lot. The next time we are just having them towed. We understand you’re a local franchise with a less than desirable owner and frankly we don’t care..

The worst car rental experience. They charged us for gas though we returned it full. Then after six months of renting we receive a bill for damage to a tire. The charge was for $221 and made no sense. It felt like I was doing business with a group of sleezebags. I will never use Budget.

Rented a Pacifica back in August. Loved the service, got the keys before my friends even got our suitcase from the baggage claim. No issues with the van the entire trip, took it to Glacier and then ended up in Denver. They had the minimal dings and scratches marked with white x's so I was confident I wouldn't get screwed.

No issues and the vehicle was excellent. Booked a Tacoma or similar and was given a Silverado. Not sure if it was meant to be an upgrade, but it sure felt like one. Staff at pickup were friendly even though it was midnight, and drop-off after hours was easy with a convenient key drop-box near rental parking.

Booked a full size and received a typical rental car standard Chevrolet Malibu LT in white, which was pretty much what I was expecting to get. Nice to see that it was less than six months old and was reasonably low milage. It gave me no issues, it was a perfectly ordinary vehicle to drive. Service was good at pickup, staff didn't have a car allocated but the Malibu was available (I was running early). The counter is currently outside the terminal in a temporary structure (a short walk, probably 3 or so minutes) while the second part of the new terminal is being built where I understand they will move to upon completion. The parking lot for the rental cars is not the greatest but again, this will likely be improved once the construction is finished. Dropped the car off after hours at ar
