Budget Car Rental

I arrived with a fully prepaid reservation only to be told there were no cars available. What is the point of 'prepaying' and 'reserving' if the inventory isn't managed? I was left stranded at the counter without a solution or a vehicle. Absolute failure in basic service. Avoid this location if you actually need a car to be there when you arrive.

Very convenient location In Missouri City. Check in process went seamlessly. I also got an upgraded rental with Sirius and Car Play at no additional charge. The staff were great and accommodating.

Reserved a rental for today. I got a call on the day of, 2 hours before hand, that they didn't have any vehicles for me. No rental company wakes up at 10am and discovers the fleet is empty. They knew and waited until the last minute to call me. Now I can't make other arrangements. They didn't suggest a different location or anything so now I'm just out of luck but they did say "God bless" This is extremely unprofessional and they didn't value my time at all. Running out of cars as a rental company is just bad business.

Made a reservation and paid in full way in advance to pick up vehicle for 7:30am get to this place to pick up vehicle and vehicle not ready. A huge inconvenience for myself and my family
