Budget Car Rental

Absolutely worst experience. I arrived to be told they don't have any cars available. WHAT!?!? What kind of rental company has no cars?!! They didn't care about it and the two reps were ridiculously rude. One in particular blamed management for the mishap. The employees basically said that this happens often and management doesn't care. I have the entire conversation recorded to my phone and will be sending to cooperate. It's obvious from the reviews that the staff and owner are representing budget in a horrible way. This place shouldn't be allowed to operate.

I pick up a one way rental car from Oceanside Budget. Car is dirty. Ac not working. Half tank of fuel mark full tank. Bad services . What wrong with you guys. Totally unacceptable. I try to call local location. It went to headquarters. Bed business practice.

Manager was incredibly rude. Nowhere on the website does it say that they absolutely require insurance on the trucks. Manager flat out refused to allow us to rent a truck without buying their insurance which is an extra $100. Cashier was nice though.
