Budget Car Rental

Rented a Budget parcel truck from the Orange City, FL location, a one-way rental for a residential move to the Midwest. The young man who checked me out was professional & friendly, and he made sure the vehicle was clean & gassed up and equipped with the moving accessories that I had reserved before we left the lot (hand truck dolly & 12 moving blankets). We had no problems with the truck on our 2-day drive & it was in good condition. The only negative was that I reserved a 12-foot truck (based on the personal property volume/weight & to keep my total rental cost down); but they only had a 16-foot model available when I arrived. So I was assigned the larger vehicle at the 12-foot price. I would rent a moving truck again from this Budget truck rental location.

This location cancelled my truck today when I’m leaving tomorrow no empathy or help to get a new one. I have 12 hours to find out very unprofessional do not rent from here this is a warning go to U-Haul !!!

This agency completely misrepresented the car that I reserved and the one they gave me. When I showed them the reservation detailing the car I rented, they did nothing to fix the issue but insisted I take the car they had available.

Customer service is amazing!! I have been coming here for the last2 years and I have never had a complaint. Kentory is kind, quick, efficient and is very knowledgeable at what he does with a personable touch. ☺️

I recently rented a car from this location, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless. When I arrived, the staff was friendly, efficient, and more than willing to answer any questions. The car itself was in excellent condition, very clean, and ran smoothly throughout my trip. I truly appreciated their transparency and professionalism. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and pleasant car rental experience. Will definitely use them again!
