I rented a 16-ft truck for a one-way move and was informed upon arrival that none were available. I was initially told I would need to travel about 20 minutes to another location, which would have required an additional Uber expense. After explaining the situation, the staff arranged for a 16-ft truck to be delivered, but I waited over an hour, putting me behind schedule. The truck I received was in unacceptable condition inside the cab, where I would be spending a 16-hour drive. There was debris throughout the cabin, a bag of unknown parts left inside, cup holders covered in residue, and the inside of the windshield was so dirty that night driving felt unsafe. i went in to return a vehicle for 10 arrived at 9:45 tony was working with someone which is completely fine but he gave that he wasn’t a trustworthy person. he just wanted me to leave the truck with no type of paperwork or acknowledgement. then said if i wanted something signed i had to get my contract which i didn’t know where it was at the time. the person he was working with had an issue with their card. after i left out to find my paperwork and came back in he snatched the keys off the counter like i was going to take them back. after i got my contract is when he finally said he would do my receipt. he salvaged the ladies allowed him to which the lady already said that before hand he could. this was a horrible experience from a man in a position of power that abuses it. he was a very e
