Budget Car Rental

Oh, my! Everyone is so nice at this location. I had to rent a can for six weeks and had to keep renewing. They were quick to respond and very gracious. I love this location and their staff! I wish the airport locations were so nice. I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with budget, got a free upgrade for my ride and everything from booking, picking up the car to return was really smooth.

Thank you for helping us but I didn’t like that with budget they only accept a major credit card. Enterprise is better they take debit and credit. I probably wouldn’t recommend this location. I’m all about presentation and as you walk in it feels dirty.. the chairs need to be cleaned or replaced. Keep your bathrooms fully stocked with soap so the customers can wash their hands and keep fully stocked toiletries. Customer service could be better with a simple greeting “welcome to budget”, smile more … etc… The rental cars need attention, it seems the cars has damage and she doesn’t get it repaired in a timely manner. Please check all outlets and plugs in all your cars to make sure they are working properly. I don’t recommend this location.

Worst experience ever. I called that morning to check on my reservation never got a call that my car was ready, at 517p i called he said my car was ready and waiting, got there at 545p to only be told it was first come first serve and that they didnt have a mini van that i reserved. Had to drive all the way to the airport to get a mini van. This location was no assistance at all. The location is filthy and nasty. Felt like i was going to be robbed any min.

Made a reservation weeks ahead of our vacation. Get to this location on time and guess what... they have NO cars, no trucks, no NOTHING. Kind of puts you in a bind with planning when this is a crucial step to getting your plans going. We do our part in reserving, DO YOUR PART! Or close your business. Because I don't see how you can keep a business going if you can't provide a CAR. We ended up calling Enterprise without a reservation and they saved the day for us.
