Budget Car Rental

Staff is rude and unprofessional. I have a video on my dash cam where my husband walked in with a hoody and set it down came back to the car and then forgot his hoody. Went back to get our stuff and the man lied to my face when its literally on camera. I will use enterprise from now on no matter the price. The man had a horrible attitude from the get go, said there was smoke damage, he doesnt smoke and then continued to say the car wasnt full and argued with me when he also could not put additional gas. He also tried to get us to pay a 250 cleaning fee cash up front

Went in to get rental and there was what looked like 2 homeless people standing directly by door smoking cigarettes which not only is unprofessional but disgusting and then walked inside and the man that’s supposed to be the owner asked why I was mad no hello no sorry about that nothing but why was I mad and I said I wasn’t and he said oh it looked like you had a problem with the smoke and I said I did and just looked at him and moved on with the reason I was there and when went to pay told me he didn’t accept my bank. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Scamming people gave me 2 different prices over the phone and then when I called this morning the gave me a 3 and different price and wanted a utility bill.

Budget better be glad I don't run my own business, because I would absolutely be in there trying to steal Mo away from them 🤣 His customer service is always top notch and the reason I keep using budget/avis. Thanks Mo!!! 🙌

Horrible experience. Booked a moving truck 10 days in advance. Show up to get said truck only to find they have no truck. It was supposed to be returned at 9am the day before. How does a small rental location not know what is supposed to be coming in and going out and manage issues like this? Shouldn't someone know I would be showing up and there was not a truck? A call would have been nice. Long story short - poorly run location. Ending up having to go to uhaul up the road for almost double the price. (I didn't book them to start with because budget was cheaper). Next time I'll just stick with Uhaul that I know won't mess it up.
