Budget Car Rental

I’ve been coming here for 4x already whenever we come back to visit family. I wished I discovered this place sooner. We used to rent at enterprise but customer service and efficiency is unmatched. Rosanna is amazing everytime is in and out. The car we got every time is in great shape. This is the place we will always rent from everytime we come back from now on!

I had an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience with the lady staff at check-in. She had a very negative attitude and spoke in a manner that felt unprofessional and dismissive, like she had no regard for customer service. Her behavior was rude, and she lacked any basic etiquette. The issue started when she refused to rent me a car, claiming that her machine/scanner showed my driver’s license as suspended. I immediately called the NY DMV "check driving license status" number, put it on speaker so she could hear, and it confirmed that my license was active. Despite this clear evidence, she was unhelpful and uncooperative. She refused to even try to find another solution and just rudely insisted, "If my machine denied your driving license, I can't rent you a car." She also said "you

My f150 only had 6000 miles on it. Seems like they are getting new vehicles again. Yea

Absolutely the worst company ever. I requested a car for rent, paid the money and I was going to pick it up at 8:00 am, the manager called me and said he doesn't have any cars now and asked me to call 2.5 hours later and he will definitely have a car, I called as he instructed and again he had no cars. Made me lose money on cancelling Uber. Please don't deal with them.

Very terrible company ever don’t be afraid always if you in the true just call the police I call the police just to fix my issue t this company work when you call police they do what you want don’t close early next time close at 2 make sure you close at 2 because drop off at 2
