Budget Truck Rental

Drove two hours to pick up my reserved truck to help my son move, showed up at the time I had reserved, and this place was closed. I called Budget's customer service number and they tried to contact the owner who was nowhere to be found. I asked Budget for a resolution to this and all they had was that I could cancel my reservation. I had to put down a $150 deposit, which they took out of my account even though they completely screwed me over on moving day. That was my first and last experience with Budget. I recommend you stick with UHaul. I still don't have my $150 back.

Rented a truck to move to Texas. We arrived ok but the roof in the cab was rusted and for a whole day it rained, in the cab. So I sat soaked for the day while driving. I informed the company when I returned the truck in Texas and even called the main company but its as if they didnt car, "just oh, ok" what? I I didnt pay $1,700 to sit in a water for half my drive

The worst rent service ever. I guess the name says it all.. Budget... where to start. Drove about an hour figured I would fill up, it took over 30 minutes to put $50 in the tank. Then called customer service to figure out what was going on. I talked to the rudest people ever while on the call needless to say nothing was solved. Then I had to replace the window whipers because the ones that were one the truck were horrible. I didn't feel like ending up in a ditch... then we of course broke down and have now been on the side of the road for over 5 hours trying to get someone to help. Their road side assistance is horrible and rude. They sent out a tech to look at it and he was great however, couldn't help.. then back to square one trying to get a hold of a tow truck... Are you serious? If

Great guys over there .very helpful .I'd go there everytime I need truck rental.

Be careful, they always give me low gas and trying to over charge me every time make sure you take pictures of the gas and miles
