I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. They have a tendency to fix what's under warranty. And then break other things in charge you thousand of dollars for something you don't need. I need didn't need it until they broke it. And then make you pay for that's how we get you on money. I wouldn't even give it one star. Unfortunately, that I know choice. Star -10

Dealing with Buffomatic Converters was literally the worst customer service experience of my entire life. Please go elsewhere and avoid the nightmare of dealing with "Sean." Very long and sad story short, I finally THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE on Sean as he was holding my car hostage in an attempt to get more money from me. Absolute clown show. Run, don't walk from this place and don't look back.

Charged me 4 times what they estimated "worst case senario ever" for rear diff. More than double a brand new one. Also told me my hubs were "so worn out" even thought they had just been replaced 1kmi ago with new moog. Used to be super amazing place.

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF I HAD MY TRANSMISSION DONE BY THESE GUYS AND AFTER A TRIP TO CADILLAC THEY INFORMED ME THAT THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T EVEN REPLACE MY TRANSMISSION HOSES AS THEY SAID THEY DID THEY JUST CUT THEM AND PUT CLAMPS ON THEM IN WHICH THEY CHARGED ME OVER 300 DOLLARS TO REPLACE THEM, WHICH BRINGS ME TO THE TRANSFER CASE IN WHICH CADILLAC SAID THEY NEVER FULLY TIGHTEN THE COVER ON THE TRANSFER CASE AND NOW THAT'S LEAKING LIKE A GUTTED PIG NOTE THEY CHARGED ME OVER 6000 DOLLARS FOR A COBB JOB!! THIS PLACE OUGHTA BE ASHAMED OF THIS TYPE OF WORK THEY'RE PUTTING OUT AND CHARGING THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY!!!
