TACS Auto Body & Service

My 2024 Silverado 3500 was sideswiped in a traffic circle. EVERYTHING on the passenger side was damaged. I have attached 5 "before" photos showing the damage, and one "after" photo. TACS replaced it all with genuine GM parts: bumper, front fender, mirror, both doors, and the 8 foot long bed fender. It took several weeks to get all the parts. I got a phone call with a status report at least once per week. They did a fantastic job, just excellent. My truck looked like new again. If I need body work done in the future, I will absolutely get a quote from TACS first.

I was referred to TACS by my mechanic due to the body work that had to be done. My husband broke off the screw heads for my license plate and they had to be drilled out so I could put my plate on. I went in there scared about the cost but it had to be done. Before they took my car in I asked if they could look at what it would cost to pop out a nice dent I received on my tailgate because someone hit my car while I was in Crossgates Mall and drove off without so much as a note. They stated they would have the assessors look at it after we took care of the screws for my license plate. An hour later my car was done and the cost was great!!!! I mean lets be honest I paid majority for labor but I'd do it again because these guys were awesome. I went out to check out my license plate finally on

I brought a family member's car to TACS to show the damage to the car, and the gentleman (forgot his name) who came outside to look at it was very friendly and gave me a detailed explanation of the next steps. I was thrilled to hear that the car was ready today as promised, and everything was completed on schedule. Not only that, they then went above and beyond and cleaned the car so well that it looks brand new again. They treated my family very well, and for that I am grateful. 100% recommend to anyone looking for body repair work.

After having been rear ended and trying to find a place to get an estimate for the insurance company Dan at TACS Autobody stepped out and knocked it out of the park. They fit me in the same day and were courteous, knowledgeable and quick! The insurance company accepted their estimate with no questions and they issued my check. Calling around so many shops would not even look at my car for two weeks. I highly recommend TACS for any service you may require and a personal thanks to Dan for making a stressful situation much more bearable. :)

I have been coming to TACS for years. I dont trust anyone else with my family's cars. Honest, fair prices, excellent customer service, excellent repair service. If you are not taking your car to TACS you should!!!
