Not by you, not by a manager, not by anyone with authority or professionalism. A kid. That alone says a great deal about the kind of operation you’re running. What’s even more disappointing is that this stems from an interaction you never even bothered to look into. Instead of gathering facts, understanding what happened, or speaking to us directly, you took the easy route and made a snap decision without any communication or accountability. I feel that's the best car washer. I've ever found it's always clean there. I've never had a problem. They do good job, definitely. 5 stars, if not more.

Just went through an hour ago. $11 and my car isn’t even close to clean. Still has visible dirt on it. Just an absolute waste of money. I know I didn’t get the most expensive package but I’m glad I didn’t- if this couldn’t get the outside of the car clean, I’m sure the “extra deluxe wash” would fail in an equal manner. Don’t go here, wash it yourself or drive the extra 10 minutes to one that works.

The touch-less car wash is disappointing and should be considered a scam. A $16 wash lasted about 3 minutes, got 0 dirt off, and left soap still on my car. The pressure was softer than my morning piss. I will be disputing the charge on my card.

Does the job well enough I guess, but if you can go elsewhere I would. I've been five times in the last 2 months just due to the convenience of the location, and two of those times the "24-hour 7 days a week" self-service was blocked off with traffic cones, and unusable.
