Buggy Bath Car Wash

Bought my son a brand new 2026 black Mercedes he took it there washed it and used the brush. The brush must have had rocks stuck in it or something, well he didn’t think anything of it. He gets home and looks at it closer there’s a couple scratch marks on it. So we made an appt at a body shop thinking they could just buff them out no biggy. Well they call today, the whole car is damaged and scratched. I’d definitely check the brush before using them wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else’s car. Very upset!!!

UPDATE: I passed by later in the day, and saw an attendant, stopped by, and he took care of us right away. Got my RFID and am ready to go 👍🏼. I like that this drive-through wash is contactless, and still does a better job washing my truck than the brush drive-throughs. An extra plus is I don't have to fold the mirrors, or have someone else who doesn't care fold them. --------- I have run my vehicles through here a few times and decided I would join the Supreme Club wash. I selected my club option, paid, it then said to show my printed receipt to the attendant to get my ID tag. However, no receipt was produced, and no attendant was present. The owner and staff have been amazing helping me with my membership. I switched to the touch less wash, because the car wash with brushes left brushes marks on my new car. Also I love the amount of local sponsorships Buggy Bath does for our youth sports! My car is always shining!

Have you ever felt like a contestant on a game show? You are trying to beat the clock while wrestling with a high-powered sprayer hose that seems like it was purposely installed wrong from the ceiling, you are running back and forth to dump quarters in the slot so the timer will stop beeping (It's SO loud!! Why does it beep so loud!?!!), and the chemicals to wash your car are not in logical order, so when you flip the dial, you have to stand there for at least 45 seconds trying to find where the 'wash' function is, (because it's not after presoak, degreaser, foaming brush, spot-free final rinse, clear coat protectant.....) "Ahghhhh!! Where is 'WASH'?" Only to find out 'Wash' is now located with the Vaccuums? And why is it taking so long for the soap to come out of this hose?? Is there
