Jeff was great! He was willing to come in on his day off so we could look at a truck for the 2nd time after comparing some others in the area. Once we decided that it was the one we wanted, the purchase process was very smooth. I expected to have to go back and forth over price/trade value, but I felt they gave me a very reasonable offer for my trade and the price reduction on the truck seemed fair as well. This was my first purchase from Beaverton GMC after buying multiple vehicles elsewhere, but I would definitely come back the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle! I just had to get on here and share what a wonderful experience I had at Buick GMC of Beaverton. I am just tickled pink with my new car. A Big Thank You to ERIC! What a wonderful young man! He was a TRUE GENTLEMAN from start to finish… I told Eric right at the start that I’m not very "tech-savvy" with all these new screens and gadgets they put in cars these days. Well, he sat right there in the front seat with me for as long as it took to make sure I knew how to work everything. He was so patient and kind, not pushy at all like you see in the movies. That is what I call GREAT OLD-FASHIONED SERVICE! If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, do yourself a favor and ASK FOR ERIC. He will treat you right! Alex was a great help, there was one issue with the Jeep having a bad battery and he helped during and after the purchase with it. Dealing with Zach with the finance was also great, he wasn't pushy about adding things we didn't want to include. Overall great experience, this is the 4th auto we have purchased from GMC and the 7th purchase if you include Lithia Mercedes and Cadillac. Great people, will continue to shop here!
