Jan 25th of 2026 my son traveling across the US back home to Michigan had car trouble. He was traveling alone. I had never been to Fort Morgan but am so grateful for the kind people we met there. Tabitha, in the office at Bullet Automotive was amazing! The guys at the shop tried their best to find the source of the issue. It was electrical and it was going to be way more than the car was worth. They were so honest and professional in all my interactions with them. If ever you are in need of their services I would trust them 100%. They explained what was happening and were so timely to deal with. Bullet Automotive was fantastic to work with. I dropped my husband Brad's truck off for a diagnostic, and they got it in quickly and figured out exactly what was going on without any runaround. Before replacing anything, they gave us a very detailed explanation of the issue and clearly laid out our options. We really appreciated that there was zero pressure — they let us decide whether to move forward with the repairs or pick it up and handle it on our own time. That kind of honesty and transparency is hard to find in auto shops. Great communication, fair, and trustworthy. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Great shop, good techs, super understanding and very knowledgeable. I used this shop being from out of town and I would say that this shop ranks pretty high in my book. Being in a small town, This is probably your best and most honest place to take a vehicle and the owner is great, She will give you an the options she can think of.... I will be using this shop when I come back in the fall for me work to be done on my cummins. Thank you guys for being Awesome!

This shop is awesome! I was able to drop my car off after hours. They got ahold of me the next day with a very detailed inspection done on my vehicle. There prices I feel are very fair. They stayed in contact with me the entire time and were extremely helpful along the way! I will be bringing my car back for future repairs and upgrades! Great shop with great people!

I recommend using Bullet Automotive only for very simple services. In my experience, when diagnostics or more complicated work is involved, charges can become very high very quickly. The issue is that these charges were not clearly explained up front — the work was done first, and the bill came later. Even when the problem could not be fixed, I was still charged for the diagnostics. Because of this, I strongly suggest asking for written estimates and full explanations before authorizing any work, especially for anything beyond basic repairs.
