Precision Transmission

I love this shop. As a used car dealer I need my cars fixed correctly and quickly. I haul my cars 4 hours to this shop because they do what they say they will do. A rare thing in the car industry these days.

I brought my Ram 2500 to Mark and he got it in right away. I had already ordered transmission parts including the rebuild kit but was not able to get them to him until the next day at about 10 till 5:00. Mark said, "I'm getting ready to close but the transmission is on the bench and I'm about to tear it down if you want to watch." So as I watched, he had the whole thing completely dismantled in about a half hour as he placed all the pieces into a washing station. We found one broken plastic thrust washer that my master rebuild kit did not have and you know what, he had that in stock. Then we left for the evening. As an oversize load pilot it is hard to break down in an unknown area. Russ was great and got me rolling as soon as possible! Put a brand new transmission in my truck. Great customer service, very upfront about price, and finished earlier than he had projected! Thanks

I can't say enough good things about Mark. We were driving from Iowa to Colorado for a vacation when our transmission went out on the interstate. He went above and beyond to help us out and communicated with us on a regular basis. He even came in when the shop was closed so we could get couple things out of the car that we needed to have. Colorado you are lucky to have a transmission shop like his. Mark also tried to save us money and charged us less than the original quote. Thank you again Mark for your help!!!!

The car works great now and the cost of the transmission rebuild was under the quoted price. It was 2 weeks in the shop. Mark was easy to work with despite having a lot of work to do. The car interior was a little dirty with smudge marks, but not too bad.
