The new system of service on my vehicle is great. Now the technician that is responsible for your maintenance/ service will do a full inspection with a camera so that way you are able to see what they see if you’re in any need of any repairs. They will contact with recommendations and pricing, at the same time you are able to approve or decline on the portal . It was a very simple process with no confusion whatsoever.

I took our Toyota Sienna to get our oil changed and to fix a recall. The team worked quickly and efficiently and got us out within an hour. I have taken my vehicle to another dealer and they took almost 3 hours for a simple oil change. I highly recommend this dealership.

Very displeased with service department after paying to have a Toyota OEM power supply added to the lower dash storage bin of our 24' Toyota 4runner only to have the dash not reinstalled correctly and the lower dash being smashed into the console unclipped on side. After walking two service department staff members out to see the faulty dash install (huge gap on left side, unclipped lower dash mount, both parts do not go together at the junction of the console and dash and they just bolted that right up and handed it back to us) and having dropped the truck off for warranty work on an unrelated matter, but also specifically this matter, and to pick up my truck again (a second time) with the same dash untouched and not in place we cannot recommend this establishment for service.
