Don't often come here but will be for future purchases. Came in for a small thing and they helped me no problem!The store has a dog that made the experience so much more fun. They know what they are doing here and are always willing to help the community! Thanks bumper to bumper and the crew here!

I love this bumper to bumper, the guys are a great help, if they don't have the part, they can always order it. The prices are very reasonable. I'd prefer this bumper to bumper over the Milton Ave one. I can never get any help at the Milton Ave store, but the center Ave store, I've always been helped. And Bobby is one of the best parts guys I know, the guy is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful

I moved to the other side of town and I still drive to the south side of Janesville just to get my parts from this bumper to bumper. Always helpful and can point you in the right direction with your car or project…

They have gone out of their way to assist us with finding parts needed, ordering special parts, and showing how to use them properly as well. They have given me much good advice about cars and mowers and I really appreciate it.
