Bumper To Bumper - NLR - Broadway

Just want to start off by saying been doing business with bumper to bumper for many years every time I try to do business down there on a Saturday when Joe is there I can never get my stuff switched over to O'Reilly's super fast got it within 15 minutes bye bye bumper to bumper.

When I first got there and walked in I asked a black guy for help and he told me he couldn't help me because he just a driver but he standing in the store with nothing to do and keep telling me I had to wait on some else and had a nasty attitude but the lady that came and helped me was very nice and attentive and was a very good worker and I don't understand how that guy is working there and can't help customers when they come in the store he don't need a job

Don’t get paint from here unless you want the wrong color . Short stocky girl not much help at all

I will never tell anyone to go here! Came 40 miles. They guaranteed it was the right part! It wasn't! Then orederd one. They told me 3 to 5 days. I called back after 3 days. They say it's on back prefer! No one call to tell me anything! Now I have to drive back 40 miles to return the wrong part they gave me! Never again will I use these guys! And would not recommend them to no one!!

The staff there is so helpful and always has what I need. The manager, James, is superb asset to the company and makes sure customers are satisfied. Keep up the great work!
