I cannot say enough good things about Nate and his team at Bumpers Etc. From the first call to picking up my vehicle after the repairs were completed, I found their communication and service to exceed expectations. Not only were they on time, on budget, and easy to work with, the repair work they did was amazing. The job that they did repairing my SUV after it was sideswiped was jaw dropping. Thank you Nate and the team at Bumpers Etc!

I've been in desperate need of finding a body shop willing to help me locate and install door seals for my 1985 Lincoln Town Car. OEM door seals cannot be found for this car, and trying to find a good duplicate is difficult. When I first called, they immediately offered to assist me when other shops denied my request due to my car's age. I had excellent communication with Todd, and Nate is very friendly and informative. I found a seal that I thought would work. Nate took the time to compare it with my original door seal. He didn't charge me anything, and he didn't make it seem like I was a bother. The team was friendly and very helpful. They got everything fixed quickly and we were very happy with the work completed. Our Enterprise car rental was delivered right to the shop when we dropped the car off and we were able to return the rental right to Bumpers Etc. when we went to pick our car up. The team is highly skilled and and knowledgable about cars and was able to give us a really good overview of the work that would need performed and when we could expect it to be completed. I highly recommend this business.

They did a great job with a dent/paint chip in my new vehicle. They are willing to explain the process to you and answer any questions you may have. Their customer service is very impressive! Todd and all the people in the office I met were very friendly and helpful. They know what they are doing to summarize the review!!! (Also are good with insurance/rental car information).

I took my Vib in for cosmetic issues. Rust, dull clear coat and foggy headlights. They went above and beyond on making her look brand new. I couldn't believe it was my car when I seen it. The car is very sentimental to me ( late mother-in-laws car) I held the tears in tile I pulled out of the lot. Thanks to the great team and service I will have a pice of her for a long time to come. They are definitely going to be my go to people because how much they care about there work and customers. DEFINITELY MORE THEN 5 STARS!!!
