Ethan did an excellent job on my car detailing. He did a decomination on the outside and a complete interior cleaning. Good communication leading up to the appointment and during the process. He recommended me future services, which I plan to do down the line. Very easy to recommend his work. My car looks like it did when I bought it 4 years ago.

Ethan runs a top-notch operation! He is knowledgeable and professional. We discussed a course of treatment for my new A5 which included PPF on fenders, hood, bumper, mirror caps and headlights, ceramic coating on the remainder of the vehicle, and wheel treatment. He was also able to do some last minute add-one like changing out the badging on the vehicle, removing a small dent, and a ceramic treatment on the front grill, which surely took some time. He is a hard worker and sent updates along the way. Very communicative and treats your vehicle like it’s his. I love how the vehicle turned out. Look no further for your car care needs!

Working with Ethan and SoftTouch Auto Spa was a true pleasure. He was extremely personable, professional and went over all the details in advance. He did my interior car detailing, and it looked and smelled BRAND NEW from top to bottom and every crevice in between. The car was winter dirty and coated with pet hair and badly in need of cleaning. The shop is clean, staff is friendly and I heartily recommend Ethan. We are ready to schedule another car! Ethan did an amazing job on getting my s5 tinted all around! I asked for windshield and all the windows tinted and I’m glad that I did. Just road tripped to Tennessee and extremely happy. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. Ethan is the man for tinting.
