Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Everything went great from start to finish with my rental, as it always does, and I keep coming back every time I need a rental because I know I get treated right every time. They explain everything and are more than willing to accommodate anything we may need. We even bought a car through enterprise car sales. So I recommend them too. I have had one hundred percent amazing customer service and zero complications.

My first time using a car rental company. On a motorcycle trip in VA and had a tire blow out. Needed to get home to pa, found an enterprise 20min away, and got a 24 hour rental. Very straightforward, I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use again. 5 stars

We used the Akron location and they were amazing. So helpful and pleasant to work with. They made the whole process smooth and effortless. Definitely using Enterprise for all our car rentals.

Don't go here. Branch manager isn't very helpful -- being accused of something that you didn't agree to isn't very fair. Also they called me when i was on the phone with someone else, and I had agreed to extend the rental until the next weekend and said OK -- but they acted like it was my fault they didn't follow up on payment. I gladly gave a new card the next morning, but they were very pushy and told me "Their RISK team was about to report the car stolen" .... all over $200~ worth of a rental fee after having it a few weeks (thru State Farm that they already got their money from). If you want to deal with somewhere for a rental, try Hertz, don't trust this location. Not only that when you call after 6pm, there isn't anybody to talk to other than the 800# with INDIAN support. Lost my reservation and personal information, told me I didn't have a reservation or appointment, even though I set it all up previous day. And then- the Enterprise associate showed up to pick me up and I wasn't there of course. He called asking for me and has gone to pick me up even though on the phone they told me they didn't have my name or number in system. The phone number part I figured out- as it was revealed they had the wrong number- one digit off, but how could they not have my name? I had given them lots of personal information, more than once by then. The policy should always be to repeat the number back to the customer slowly, to ensure accurate documentation. But somebody had to have had my info, because a guy did go to pick me up- after telling me they had nothing at all on
