I had an awesome experience. Joe took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car and even sent photos of what needed to be fixed. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency. Prices were fair and I felt taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back for any future repairs. So glad I found somewhere reliable!

Joe and his team do an outstanding job! Joe was upfront, honest, and transparent about pricing and exactly what needed to be repaired on my Honda Pilot. He even provided a loaner car at no charge while my vehicle was being worked on, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. The service was excellent from start to finish. This is now my go-to local shop for car repairs, and I highly recommend them! Also a plus- Gretchen the shop cat! She definitely completes Burch Auto. :)

Great garage! Joe and his team are very knowledgeable on all vehicles. My wife and I have 3 kids, driving age. Burch Automotive does maintenance on all our vehicles. From Chevy Silverado to Mazda, Kia, Dodge, Ford, we have them all and the team Joe has can diagnose and repair anything! Very reliable and honest work. Up-front pricing and transparent. Joe and his crew always deliver and back thier work. From oil change to full engine rebuild, they have been the only garage I take all my vehicles to for the last 5 years!

I’m not sure why it took me so long to write this review, but here it is: I’ve only gone to them for car issues, and I’ve been coming back multiple times since I moved to Iowa about two years ago. And let me tell you — they’re genuinely one of the best things that’s happened to me since moving here. Honestly… they might even be the thing that could convince me to stay.
