Jacobsen Auto Body

I went to Jacobsen after my car was hit on the front right side, had to replace the fender, headlight, etc. After a couple days of my car being in their shop, I receive a call from the other party's insurance person saying Jacobsen Auto cracked my windshield while putting my fender on and they've included the price to fix my windshield in my quote. I don't know what planet they're living on where they think that's my responsibility after they broke it, but they need to come back down to Earth. I went to pick up my car and the front desk lady immediately had an attitude and was anything but helpful and sympathetic. They are trying to claim it was cracked before I came in and it wasn't visible to anyone but them putting my fender on made it worse, which is a very convenient excuse for them.

Went to see about getting some damage to the drivers door. They were more than fair on price. Every one was very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend Jacobsen auto body to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

From the moment I walked in the door, I had an incredible experience with this great locally owned business!!! Staff was so friendly and supportive of my individual needs, they were extremely efficient in getting me a reasonable estimate and completing the work quickly!! These folks seriously turned what could have been a negative experience due to need for repairs into an exceptionally positive experience! While I hope to not need additional body work in the future, I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a fair price, friendly staff, and exceptional work!!

They are very efficient, honest and fair in pricing. Jacobsen had great service in the front office as well as the shop. For any women out there - it can be hard to find a place sometimes that treats you with respect and honesty- they are great in both areas. My bumper fell off, and they told me exactly what to expect from a repair vs a new one. They got me in fast, and completed the bumper even quicker. I’m happy with the work, and recommend them to anyone looking for a good body shop!
