Burd's Auto Bays

I had taken my car to the dealer for some service. They came up with a few things that they recommended I have done. I passed and took my car to Burd’s to have them check it out. The items that were recommended by the dealer weren’t needed. Burd’s did find a couple small items that did need to be addressed. One of them I was aware of but the dealer didn’t mention. Burd’s had the repairs done quickly and at a very reasonable price. I have recommended them to several people already.

Came here to replace Lexus RX350 battery with 3 year warranty. Synthetic oil change is $50, that's half the price of most dealerships.

these people tell you what you want to hear when they get paid they stop answering your calls or text. Bilos little brother handled my claim which was over 9k, there was more work done to my car that he billed the insurance for and never fixed on my car. He told me everything was fixed and that I would be receiving some money back from him, around $550. It’s been over 3 months no call back no text back nothing. Completely ignoring me, the owner Bilos is now telling me this is not his problem and that. He doesn’t care what his brother promised me. His brother is the one who brought it up to me and said I would be getting this money back, after they received the money they stopped answering my calls and texts.
