Cosby is a great communicator. My car needed to be serviced twice due to unfortunate incidents of nature and things were done efficiently. I hadn't dealt with insurance prior to my first visit and the team really helped me out and communicated with me and my insurance even while I was out of town. Top notch.

Positive experience until it was time to pay. There was a long line. I waited 18 minutes which is ridiculous. Why isn't there a rescue plan in place when the line is long?
