Quality of workmanship is truly superior to the Mercedes dealer’s repair department—which 70% of the time requires a return visit “to get right” what wasn’t quite right once I was out on the road with the dealer’s overpriced repairs. I talked to Will told him i was ready to get the my brakes and calipers done. He told me about them in September. He called after they inspected it, reviewed the other issues, told me price, and it could be ready be 2pm. I said ok. When it was all done. I received a text saying it was ready. And they would be there til 2pm. I've always had a great experience with them. I used to go to Casey's in Bolingbrook when i lived there in 1999. Thanks for the great service!!!

The staff were all super nice and accommodating. They got me in for a last minute oil change appointment and I was in and out in a flash. William was upbeat and outgoing, even at 7:30 on a Saturday morning, and I had a delicious latte while I waited for my car to be ready. To top it all off, this is the least I’ve paid for full synthetic anywhere. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Been going to Casey’s since I moved in the area, 22 years ago. Would never take my car to anyone else. Prices are fair & Always friendly & polite.. They explain everything to you and they even helped fight with my extended warranty on my old car. Would recommend them to anyone looking

I went to Caseys for my 2012 Chevy Cruze - known for issues that I had- and they took great care, talked me through what needed fixed, and even gave me the best coupons I could use. I am grateful they are less than a mile away from my house as I will continue to use them. Reliable, respectful, and honest. All you could ask for from a mechanic. Everyone I spoke with was super nice and made sure I knew what was going on. Even though it was expensive (not their fault, Chevy’s fault), they made the process easy and quick.
