Burns Tire Exchange

I recently needed tires for my Jeep Wrangler. I spoke to Rich and he suggested Cooper Discoverer Road and Trail AT tires. I took his advice and so far I love them. The people that helped me at the front counter (Kate and James) while Rich was out of town were super nice and helpful. The service was great, the price was great, and they even cleaned the blue stuff off the raised white letters. I send everyone I know to Burns Tire and I highly recommend them.

I have been trusting my collection to Richard @ "Burns Tire", the name synonymous to tires in Stratford and ALL of Fairfield County for that matter!!! Always the best deal $$$$ wise for "high end" tires and everything in between. . Over FOUR GREAT decades in my home town of Stratford!!! Is there anyone else? I never want to go anywhere else for my tires after going here! The staff was amazing to work with. They were very friendly and didn't try to upsell me at all. They told me exactly what I needed and I felt comfortable being there as a woman. My tires were expensive but that's of course not their fault, and the labor was reasonable. They were quick and even stayed open shortly past closing for me. Scheduling was easy as well, they did not have me make an appointment but still had fast service. No complaints!

I have heard nothing but positive things about this tire shop and it’s for a good reason. They are the best. They not only do an excellent job and have quality products but they also care about customer service. They are knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitor System) light came on and I brought my car to Burns Tire Exchange upon a recommendation. They scanned each tire and knew exactly which tire sensor was bad and changed the sensor in less than 15 minutes. I couldn't be happier with their attention, service, and speed of the service! I've been going to a big tire outlet for years but I will be giving Burns Tire Exchange my business from now on. I highly recommend them.
