He explained the differences between run-flat and non run-flat tires in a way that was easy to understand and also helped me stay within my budget. It never felt like a business transaction — it felt like family. The entire team was welcoming, reliable, and trustworthy. I genuinely appreciated the honesty and transparency. I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time at Town Fair Tire in Stratford, by the Big Y plaza. I went in with a flat tire on my truck and was helped by Lou, who was outstanding from start to finish. His customer service, honesty, and recommendations were extremely helpful. He didn’t just fix my immediate problem—he showed me real value. I ended up purchasing two full sets of tires (4 each) for my other two vehicles because of the trust and confidence he built. It’s hard to find this level of excellence in customer service nowadays. I highly recommend going to Town Fair Tire and asking for Lou. I also don’t want to leave Randy the general manager out! The first time I went in I needed to get a wheel alignment and balancing they told me there was an issue with three of my tires so I have to get new tires. The first time when I went in I spoke to Eric. He was great perfect customer service and helped to explain everything to me. Once I got my new tires, I came in again spoke with Eric and he was able to waive the fee for the alignment since I had just had it done again. Perfect customer service very patient good with explaining what was going to happen and I was able to price match the tire so I actually got a little bit of a discount. I would definitely recommend the Town Fair tire in Stratford and in particular Eric.
