I can't recommend this place enough. I had never been in an accident and was so unsure of the process to get my car repaired. They were patient and kind in explaining each step. My claim appraisal was way too low (which is routine) and they worked with the insurance company back and forth to get my car restored to what it was prior to the accident. They made the entire process from rental, to repair, to invoice changes completely seamless. They're also very communicative with progress updates. Additionally they are sure to use parts that are true to the car's brand to fully restore it to what it was. Would definitely do business with them again!

Second time getting my rear bumper replaced at Towne Body. The customer reps are professional and polite, they update you throughout the stages of repair and are helpful and responsive. The quality of work is exactly what it should be and they even return your car with a full detail making you feel excited to be back in your car.

The team on Towne Body Shop did a excellent job on my Infiniti QX 55, the color matched perfectly and no sings of damage, it’s back to new again. They are highly skilled and professional, and keep me updated on the progress and finish way earlier than expected. They even fixed the car remote control with no extra charge and finish their job with a nice cleaning the interior of the car. Definitely 5 stars on the job and service on the entire team .

I had an absolutely amazing experience with the guys Lucas’s, Gene, Bill And everyone was amazing. They even took customer recognition personal. Wasn’t treated like a paycheck, but like a person. And the work they do Is just simply amazing. I’ve taken Cars there before and I will continue to take Cars there because I know that they will be done right and I will be treated right.

I found this place by chance and am so glad I did! Having never been in an accident where insurances were involved, I was not sure how to proceed. From the moment I entered this business, everyone was super friendly and more importantly, super helpful. They walked me through every step of the process. While I don’t recommend getting into an accident, I would recommend taking your car here if work is needed.
