Burnside Collision

***** Five Stars to Burnside Collision, which I highly recommend if your car needs body work. My 12 year-old car had an unfortunate scrape with a concrete parking block which it lost resulting in the shredding of my fender liner, breaking of connectors that held the bumper to the left front side panel, and the dislodging/breakage of one fog light and one headlight washer. The first two places I took the car to wanted well over $2,000 to repair the damage largely because of the cost of replacing the fog light (which I’ve never used) and the headlight washer which I didn’t care about (I didn’t even know I had one and can wash the headlight by hand). Burnside Collision understood that I didn’t want to spend one-quarter to one-third of the value of my car to repair relatively minor damage (

george, mark and stephanie all did a wonderful job taking care of my car. i was t boned 5 months ago and even with how busy they were at burnside collision, they still worked hard on my car and gave me compassionate and professional service. my car was in the shop for a bit but i know they were working as fast as able given that so many parts are on back order these days, the girl who hit me's insurance (allstate) was challenging to work with and they have a full shop right now. even when i came to pick up my car, they went above and beyond, doing things not even on the contract request like patching my tire and taking off a bumper sticker i didn't like. also the inside was cleaned and detailed a quite a bit more than they needed to, which was a nice treat. take your car to them, but know,

These people!!! I am so pleased and grateful for what they did for me. The trim around my front wheel well has been damaged for years and just barely hanging on. I have a Nissan Pathfinder I love that’s almost 30 years old and I knew it would cost a fortune to replace even in the unlikely event they were able to find a replacement part (because of the age of my truck, most parts are no longer available). On a whim, I pulled into Burnside Collision just to see what they could do. George and Mark figured they could work with the existing trim and fix the bent metal attachment and heat meld some other attachment point and then they only charged me $70 and also fixed some other scratches on the front bumper near the tire well just because.
