I had a great experience with these guys! I was having issues with my BMW on my way up North for vacation and stopped in Eau Claire to find a mechanic who could install a new alternator. These guys made an effort to squeeze me into their schedule and get the alternator replaced quickly so that I could get back on the road to my vacation. Thank you for your hard work!

Great service, stayed past operating hours to get my car done. Only down side was they quoted two hours and they ended up charging me 3.5 hours since they weren’t used to the car type. I just didn’t plan to have to pay that amount. Also bring cash or check as they have a 3% up charge if you use CC! Otherwise reasonable and great staff!

Paid double than what the guy told me and he still complained to me and his workers. Was meant to be a nice tip since I know one of his mechanics, but all he was talking about was “oh wow I almost broke even”, then proceeded to tell me it’s an extra $10 if I wanted him to dispose of my tires. AFTER paying DOUBLE than what he asked.

Brought my car in there because of a burnt smell, they fixed a gasket seal and said that was the issue. Few days later I was burning. They said it was likely what ever had leaked, burning off. I've had to ask for money back on stuff I did not need and the owner flung a $20 in my face (not the $47 I asked for) after turning beat red because they put stuff in my car I didn't ask them to and didn't even need. It was already uncomfortable to have to ask for some prepaid money back The young guy that works there knows his stuff, but the owner is just trying to sell stuff. Worst experience with a place I've ever had, I ruined my car trying to figure out what was wrong with it. And kept going back because I thought I was building a relationship with a mechanic. Nope was just funding hisvacation
