Josh and his son made a great first impression. Very knowledgeable. We had some service done recently (got a new wheel seal with a different company than busted knuckles). He showed me how they did not torque the wheel seal down properly. Showed me how there was play in the hub that caused the bearings to burn up. If I could give 10 stars I would. Loved the fact he explained everything to me in detail and showed me all of it inside and out. He didn’t mind me watching everything as he was doing it. Came out at 20:00 American needs more Josh’s Busted Knuckles. Price was incredibly fair, no malicious charges here, Just an honest American trying to help Americas trucking keep rolling safely. If your looking for service do yourself a favor and call these guys.

TA truck service in Mount Vernon IL did a terrible job changing a valve cover gasket and by the time I got near Nashville I had blown 3 gallons of oil all over my engine & truck. After nearly a dozen calls trying to find a mechanic to come help me I found Josh at Busted Knuckles LLC. He came quickly to where I was and within a couple hours had me up and running again. Me and my team had an issue over the weekend night in the truck. Gave them a call and they showed up within 30 min and got me moving in the next 15min. Truck has been running smooth with no issues. Great service!!!

I can’t speak highly enough of this man and his crew/family/support systems! I was in a jam with my truck breaking down and Josh went above and beyond, didn’t try to screw me over and made sure I was up and running no matter what time he finished! He worked well into sleeping hours where I’m sure 85% of the world was sleeping and dreaming. He’s got a customer FOR LIFE in me! And I’m hard to impress, so this says ALOT!! Great guy, great company!

I couldn't say anything more about this company, they went over and beyond what any other mechanic would have done, they took there time and did it right. Mr.Sender and his son are a great and professional team anything you need fixed they got you. The greatest part is they will come to you, I was lucky enough to be invited to his home on a Sunday night when I could not find one place open they are your go to 24/7 automotive team. If I could do 10 stars they would of received 12. Friendly, welcoming, and professional what more could you ask for. I have my new mechanic and I highly recommend them to anyone in need. I will vouch for them 100%. When he was finished he told me no charge I was amazed because he will have to replace some tools that will cost more then the service. Just a straigh
