The owner Brad is awesome. Caught a small chip on 840 and he repaired and warrantied same day. Cant even tell it was ever damaged. He was extremely grateful for my business and very easy going. The kind of customer service you don’t get anymore with all these big companies. Shop small business and support this guy. I won’t look anywhere else for my glass repair needs moving forward. Great job.

Mr. Brad, is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. He really goes above and beyond to help, not just his customers, but also other people in the industry. I’m an auto glass shop in another city and Mr. Brad took me in to his shop and trained me to be a better repair tech. He wants the best out of everyone. All of Glass Monkey’s reviews are so over-the-top complimentary that I thought they were fake. Turns out, they are 100% warranted! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Travis did an amazing job with my windshield repair. The price was super reasonable. And they even gave me a cool monkey to go with the one I’ve had on my dash/windshield for years!

WOW. 10 stars of I could. From start to finish, exceptional experience. Backstory (The other guy): My windshield was hit by flying debris from a landscaping company. They were willing to replace it, but I had to use their “company”, a guy who basically just put the windshield in and the service was not completed to satisfy my warranty. I will not list all the issues here. GLASS MONKEY EXPERIENCE: I called Glass Monkey on a Tuesday, and spoke with Jade. I told her I was leaving for a roadtrip on Thursday, and about my previous experience. She was professional, empathetic, really cared and got me in the NEXT day!
