Costa Oil - 10 Minute Oil Change - Murfreesboro

I've been using this place for years and years. Service was good prices were pretty cheap. As time has progressed the service is lacking. They offer to change my cabin air filter on my personal vehicle. They tore it up, left it making an awful noise after they promised the sound will go away. After a year still there. Why I've still been going there is beyond me. The advertised time of operation is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. I pulled up at 4:50 p.m.. I drove all the way across Murfreesboro traffic to get over there because I've been going there for years like an idiot. South Church Street traffic at rush hour in Murfreesboro, I mean that's dedication. "Oh, sorry we decided to close a little early today. We're going home." Best oil change I’ve ever had, very fast with their work, and make going to get my oil change a lot easier than having to drop my car off and wait. Not to mention they have great prices! Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to get a fast and easy oil change.

Awesome place, first off they have a restroom for customers which is awesome at a small place like this. Jeff was also super helpful and knowledgeable. They do give 25% military discount which is awesome. And lastly everything was done quick and proficient. Everything was double checked, new oil change sticker, oil light reset, and my tpms sensor was on and they fixed that too. To do all this in 10 minutes and the RIGHT way i will definitely be back! 10/10

I went to Costa oil on Middle Tennessee Boulevard in Murfreesboro, TN for the first time. I had a great experience. Everybody was very nice and friendly. They clearly explained what services they had completed and the other items that they checked that did not need replacing at the time. I did not feel pressured with any upsell. I was missing 2 value stem covers on my passenger side prior to going there. They replaced them for me for free and explained to me that I probably keep losing them from going through the automatic car wash and using the wheel cleaning feature. He said they see them missing from the passenger side a lot, and he has deuced that the turning of the wheel cleaner unscrewed the caps on the passenger side and tightens them on the driver side. That was a aha moment for me

Super fast and easy oil change. I was in and out with no hassle, and the staff was professional and friendly the whole time. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Definitely a smooth experience I’ll be coming back for my next service.
