Great shop and they don't play around with your vehicle, gets straight to the point and gets you back on the road in a timely manner. Appointments are better if you're needing to drop off as they tend to be a little busy. My AC was diagnosed and fixed by the following day. The price was much better than expected which I felt like the trust factor made a difference in wanting to come back if any future issues arose. My 95 Saturn SL2 cooled like it did when I first bought it. I'm so excited to have AC back in my soon too be classic automobile 🚘 3/30/1995 ....

The team at Byrd’s Auto Service were professional and accommodating. I did not have an appointment scheduled and needed my vehicle the same day. I was, however, not expecting them to get to it. I left it with them in the morning and was told that they would look it over and let me know what was needed for the repairs. I received a phone call later that morning with the diagnosis and cost of repair. I am happy to state that the repair was performed and I received another phone call in the afternoon to come and pick up my vehicle. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend Byrd’s Auto service.

Byrd's really came through for me when I had a power steering issue. Even though they were slammed, they still made time to check out my car. Turns out, the problem wasn’t as bad as another place had claimed, and that honesty saved me a few hundred bucks—always a win when it comes to car repairs. Good work, fair prices, and no runaround—can’t ask for more than that!
