I got my car from the Wooster Jd byrider. I love the car and at first the mechanics did a wonderful job at fixing the items that needed fixed but back in August I got an oil change and it started making this knocking sound so I went in and talked to Donnie He said that it was a dust cover underneath my car that was rattling nothing to worry about and he said to set up an appointment so I called September 7 to set up an appointment for October 6 because I would’ve been off that day. So I dropped the car off on the fifth, so it would be there in the morning. Donnie calls me wanting to know why my car is there and I told him what was going on and I Check the brakes too, and that I wanted that noise taken care of the dust Cover he says well I don’t know if we can get to it today. I purchased a vehicle from the Dayton Mall location July 2022 no complaints on this purchase moving forward I was in an accident car was totaled I returned to Byrider 40 days ago to get another car and now there is no sound from the radio it comes on but no sound the backup camera no sound when in reverse no sound from the turn signals no sound when opening the doors made several calls to the service department calls go straight to voicemail, voicemail full spoke with my salesman told him my issues after making calls no call backs no communication I went to the dealership and being pointed in different directions the service guy that sits at the desk when you walk in he has no care in the world with my issue shrugged his shoulders once I explained the issues The GM was on vacation and she

Update on my last review. They gave me a different car and of course the Transmission went on it. Then when we stopped paying of course it hit my credit score yet they gave me 2 faulty cars in a row. One with a bad motor and then now with a bad transmission. Do not go here the are scam artist and I already have a complaint in in Pennsylvania Attorney General and the Ohio Attorney General. In January 2026 when I am sworn into office I will be making sure a Federal Lawsuit is brought up on the company #justiceforkayleneoehling
