I was looking at trading in my vehicle. Good thing I did. Byrider is awesome. They definitely went above and beyond for me this time. Jerry Johnson, Jeff Lee, Tina and the rest of the crew is the best. If you need a vehicle and your credit isn't to swift. They will help you as long as you have a job and ability to make payments on time. This is my 3rd vehicle through them. Yeah, I could have probably gone somewhere else. My initial experience with Chris was horrible but I went back and dealt with Jerry where it was alot smoother and friendly. After purchasing the vehicle. I wemt tonget a fresh oil chnage and noticed 2 tires were replaced and put on the rear rather than the front, the front tires were about shot and weather cracked so i immediately had to replace those the oil change sticker said I still had about 1100 miles out of a 3000 mile oil change but thr oil looked horrible. The alignment was off on the vehicle and the engine air filter and cabin air filter were both filthy. Did yall not inspect the vehicle correctly or did u just not want to put the extra money into it and make it the customers problem?
