do not finance from this place. they do not offer gap insurance. my car was hit by my neighbor in my driveway and is now deemed a total loss with 8.9K in damages. we owed 14k remaning on it, the insurance is only covering 7k and refuses to pay it all out so my husband and i owe 6.5k on a car we no longer even have. CNAC refuses to let us keep the car due to the salvage title it would of had and they refuse any form of a payment plan to help us with this low blow. i have video evidence of this accident being not our fault and pictures of the damages my car took. Not to mention the CONSTANT repairs weve had to deal with in the year and a half we've had it. for example the wheel bearing broke a few months prior. we will most certainly not be back and we will tell everyone to run for their liv

I wish I could leave a positive review but unfortunately l am unable to. My experience with my car and this company has not been positive. My car has been in the repair shop nearly every month since I got this car in May 2024. I reached out to location and was asked to reach out to the manager. All I wanted was a reliable car of the same value as the loan but both my emails and phone calls were ignored. I recently found out I am paying nearly 20x’s as much as this car is worth plus dropping 2k in of my own money for repairs (warranty does not cover a lot of transmission repairs). I am scared to drive this car because it has done so many crazy things. All I want is a more reliable car. A phone call discussing this would be appreciated.

This was 10/10 for sure. I had Miss. Williams helping me out and she was very nice and helpful, including being resourceful. She was able to make sure I was comfortable during my time there. When it came to asking questions she was patient and did good answering them. Overall it was such an nice and warming experience with Miss. Williams ☺️🫱🏼‍🫲🏽! Thank you.

Ms. Teresa is 100% AMAZING! Didn’t think I’d ever get approved for the car I did however she took my offer and made it work. Very thankful to have someone so understanding on my side for this first time purchase for me :) definitely recommend coming here if you are searching for something dependable!!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever encountered with a car dealership. Mrs taresa jones has to be hands down the best manage/sales associate I have ever dealt with. She was very professional and knowledgeable about her job. Made my car shopping experience a delight I recommend this place to anyone and everyone trying to get a car and help rebuild their credit.
