I had an eight AM appointment for my 1st oil change and tire rotation for my NEW 1500 Silverado. Arrived early and was on my way by 8:30. Great experience with all the Kring folks!
Dropped off my car for service. Was told it would be ready in a couple hours and I'd get a call when it was ready. Never received a call, and got stranded after they had closed. Had to get a ride from a friend to get home and come get it the next morning. The Price and People were pretty great, but it was not the best experience.
Fantastic and fast service. The guys were very professional and so friendly, which was much appreciated. I don't have their names but I went to the Quick Lube, I also appreciate that option.
The service team at Kring was honest and straightforward with me about a significant engine repair on an older Equinox. So far, so good with their work as my car is back in action, running well. It was my first experience with Kring and it was a really good one.
Very good. I just stayed in truck. Each person did their job while I watched.
