For the record, I have NEVER left a review anywhere for any reason, good or bad. So something has to be exceptionally good or bad for me to even leave a review anywhere. If you value your time to in any way, do not purchase a maintenance plan for your vehicle through this dealership when you buy a car, LIKE I DID. I had an appointment at 12:00 in the QUICK lane department. (ironic, because it’s definitely not quick) I didn’t have much going on today, so I decided to walk in at 8:30ish to see if they took walk ins. (Which is fine either way, considering that I could just come back later for my appointment if it absolutely had to be an appointment.) I was told, “Yes, walk ins are fine”. So I sat down. One hour… two hours.. people who got there after me, come and go.. 2 and a half hours..

Thank goodness for Justin Cook at the Quick Lane! We are a day from home and a day and a half from our destination. We had a nail in our tire… but we need tires, too. Yikes. Justin had TWO for the front - steering and, with his help, found two more on our way to get tomorrow. We were treated with warmth and empathy and professionalism. It’s no surprise that Sunny King Ford won the Ford President’s Award! Thank you, Justin and Quick Lane! “Ready to Serve” is right!

These are some awesome group of people working there at this time, they do what they say they will. I just purchased a 24 Mustang, paid off my Challenger and walked out with nooney down, oh and I only have a 650 score. Go there
