C and R Auto Repair

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel like people should be warned about my experience with C and R Auto Repair. I recently paid over $1,000 to supposedly have all my brakes and rotors replaced. They also tried to convince me that I needed a new master cylinder because of “air in the hose” — something that didn’t add up. On top of that, they insisted on being paid in advance after claiming they had “lost a card,” which I was happy to help with because ik what it’s like to need some help. However, after they did the work I was met with hostile comments and pressure for more unnecessary work. Because something felt off, I took my car to a brake specialist. They told me with confidence that my brakes and rotors had not been changed in a long time — they were bare, rusty, and in desperat

Extremely disappointed in the quality, service and timing. They held my vehicle, a custom camaro for 3 months initially for an oil leak which during this time claiming they cracked my dash board. 3 months later after forcefully telling them I am picking up my vehicle I received it with an empty tank of gas which I filled up on my way into them and my vehicle had an unaccounted additional 398 miles on the odometer over what it was at when I brought it in, which I took a photo of at drop off. They kept my vehicle and drove it around everywhere under false pretenses for 3 months! To add to it immediately once home my car leaked mass amounts of oil in my garage- the initial repair it was brought in for was not even fixed. To add even more issues I also paid for my window motor to be repaire

Do not ever go to these people, they are desperate, deceitful, and will scam you for services your car doesn’t need! My car wouldn’t start so I had it towed to them thinking I could trust them! They scammed me over $1000, and will do it to you as well! Definitely a mistake on my part, don’t make the same one I made! The problem with my car was also NEVER RESOLVED! I had to get it towed to another automotive shop to get it fixed! NEVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SUCM!

Great place to take your car! Very thorough and sufficient. I had a botch job done on my brakes from somewhere else and they did a great job at fixing them and explaining to me what the issue was. Katie communicated with me the entire time my car was in their care, and they stayed late to finish up my car. I highly recommend them!

We brought our company van here for transmission issues and they were responsive at first and we expressed some other work that may need to be done as well in which case they did the work. Everything took longer than expressed/promised to us (which is fine, some things are expected just not to the extent this was.) we were assured all work is warrantied and certified. The next day I drove it the gears were all slipping and shifting weird and my speedometer wouldn’t work, called them (which was like pulling teeth) I had another mechanic high end one look at the transmission to verify the work and they told me there were bolts missing in the transmission and others barely tightened not torqued down so I called them again finally got ahold of them told them everything they denied it all sayin
