Well, I waited a bit before writing this review. Here goes... Chip is a very friendly guy and does seem genuine. The financing was good and quick. Interest rate was a bit high but I have friends that did a lot worse at other places. My wife's credit is not very good so 11% seemed reasonable especially if this helps her credit. However, I would not buy another car here. We only got one key with the car and that key needed to be replaced. We never noticed it because the car was entered and started by them. We asked them to furnish us with a new key but they wanted to "possibly" replace it with one that may or may not have been able to be programmed. So, we went to Mazda and got a new one for 265.00. Even though I did not end up with the white Impala David did everything possible to make sure that I could get that car and the car dealer does everything possible to make you walk away with the car it's not the car dealer it's the banks they make you look bad so I just want to say that thank you David for making me feel like a human being on the banks made me feel like a piece of s*** thanks for everything Dave and no I didn't get a car you still make me feel like a human being anybody is looking for a vehicle I would go to this place because David will Eric do everything he can to get you into a car and He does care
