C & J Auto Repair Inc

My jeep broke down on July 20th while traveling through Casper and I had it towed to C&J on the recommendation of the tow truck driver. My issue is that C&J Auto did not contact me before making repairs and they were not upfront with the cost. My engine was blown and needed replaced, which was under warranty. I do understand if the place did not have time to do that work but I do not understand why it took them weeks to contact me with a reasonable answer and why they did $500 worth of work without first asking if I wanted to replace parts. A call on the 21st letting me know they were not interested in working on the vehicle would have been welcome. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here, especially if you are from out of town and looking for an honest upfront answer.

I've been going to C&J Auto for many years. In all this time, they always seem to find the problem and fix it! They generally show me the part they replaced and explain what they did. They always get my car in, in a timely manner and it's an easy experience. Mark always calls me to let me know when it's done (something many shops do not do), and he tells me the price on the phone! I research cost of parts and their prices are always reasonable. I appreciate that. Mark is personable and accommodating in every way possible. I've had bad experiences with other shops, but never with C&J Auto, so they will be my 'go to' mechanic for as long as they're reliable.

C&J Auto Repair is now my favorite shop. I was a drive-in customer. They were able to fix my issue right away and were very generous with the bill. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service! They made my day. I’ll definitely go to C&Js for the next work I need.

My car had a "Transmission fault, service now" message and I thought I'd be paying an arm and a leg. A couple stores in town even thought I would be paying that, but I took my car to C&J and they immediately diagnosed the issue and got my car working at a minimal cost. They were awesome in communicating and eased all my worries.

We broke down out of town. CJ auto repair got right to diagnosing the problem and got us back on the road $474.85 for a cv joint replacement is really fair in my opinion. Id definitely reccomend them to anyone.
