Update***Pedro was an excellent salesman, and the process was smooth, but one week after I acquired the vehicle it was glitching and giving me problems with the transmission. When I called back they directed me to a repair shop that was requiring a $399 "deductible" only one week after purchase. I ultimately let them report the vehicle. DriveTime gave me a better vehicle and similar payment.
